We roast in small batches in Central Minnesota and focus on specialty coffees that are clean, expressive, and reliable from one order to the next.

Shop Consultation & Training
We’ve spent years behind the bar and in the roastery, and we know how many small details go into running a good coffee program.
If you want it, we offer hands-on support with:
- Barista training
- Dialing in grinders and brew methods
- Workflow and menu feedback
- Opening support for new shops or carts
