Through special gifts like fundraising, the CMYO program has provided free regional experiences for several middle and high schools, donated purchased music to public schools, and offered masterclasses and mentoring when requested by schools. 

Additionally, CMYO uses a Fair Share program instead of tuition. This allows families to participate in the program fully regardless of their financial circumstances.
